BloodSTOP iX was used post molar extraction for an 81-year-old patient on Ecotrin (low dose aspirin) post coronary bypass. Hemostasis was achieved, allowing for easier suture of wound and moist healing environment. Surgery was performed without stopping the patient’s anticoagulant therapy. (EU Approval Only)
