Vicky Feng, Chief Executive Officer and President
Vicky Feng founded LifeScience PLUS with a vision for next-generation medical products that aid medical professionals in administering care while improving patient recovery. She brings 16 years of computer industry and 9 years of medical industry entrepreneurial and management experience to the Company, guiding startups and maturing them into fully profitable enterprises. One of her earliest ventures was in the PC industry where she was on the founding team and grew the company to $10 million in annual revenues in 3 years. Ms. Feng holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing United University.
James Swick, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Swick brings more than 30 years experience to LifeSciencePLUS as a preclinical and clinical investigator in both academia and industry. Prior to joining LifeSciencePLUS, Dr. Swick was Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at LyChron Animal Lab, a privately held in vivo studies laboratory located in Mountain View, CA, focused on assisting medical device companies in the development of cutting edge technologies, and enhancing the science of medicine. Open in September, 2000, the lab quickly became one of the preeminent research centers in the US through Dr. Swick's efforts, and now serves more than 300 medical device companies. Prior to founding LyChron, Dr. Swick was the Senior Clinical Scientist at Berkeley Antibody Company in their in vivo studies division. He has also been a consultant for various pioneering companies in the medical device industry. Dr. Swick currently serves on the faculty of Stanford University School of Medicine, lecturing in the Biodesign and Innovation Fellowship Program. He has held faculty positions at Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, University of California San Francisco, and the University of Arizona Medical School in the departments of neurosurgery, physiology, and ophthalmology. He has authored and co-authored many papers published in various peer reviewed journals. Dr. Swick received a BS degree in Molecular Biology at the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Neurophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by post-doctoral fellowships at Baylor in neuro-ophthalmology and neurosurgery.
James Hagen, Director of Medical Sales and Marketing
Mr. Hagen has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing of medical products with an emphasis on Hospital and GPO markets. Jim has developed projects from the ground up for Medtronic, General Electric Medical, and Gyrus Medical. Working within the small hospital division of General Electric Medical, Jim brought the Southern California region from a zero dollar enterprise to a million dollar plus annual business. He has actively participated in the introduction and development of electronic and instrumentation projects, from multichannel EMG to Plasma Knife implementation. As the Western Regional Sales Trainer for Medtronic, and later for Gyrus Medical, Jim trained and managed groups from the Midwest to the Pacific Coast with an emphasis on product introduction strategies that incorporate multimedia customer contact and high closure rate techniques. Jim's experience includes direct commission sales, sales training, sales management, and ground-up new product development. His undergrad and post-grad education at Oregon State in Pre-med and Medicine have helped to shape his academic approach. His participation in Division 1 athletics and multiple All-America awards have shaped his competitive attitude.
John O'Maley, VP, Sales and Marketing OTC/Consumer
Mr. O'Maley has over 30 years of consumer product goods sales and marketing experience in the food, drug and mass trade industries. John helped develop and launch over
40 new product lines successfully including BreathRx Premium Oral Care (gaining distribution into 54,000 stores), Sinupret Children's Sinus Product (34,000 stores in year 1), MyClyns Germ Protection Spray (30,000 stores in 6 months), Ginsana Herbal Supplement (65,000 stores), Hollywood 24 Miracle Diet (25,000 stores), Atkins Answer Diet Video (40,000 stores in 4 months), EZ Grill Disposable Green Grill (24,000 stores in 5 months) and many more. He was trained in leadership at West Point, the United States Military Academy. He was also trained in sales, marketing, advertising and business development at Proctor & Gamble. His military experience (Captain, Ranger, Airborne, US Army) and P&G classical training have been instrumental in generating outstanding results for each company for which John worked.
Audrey Vitale, Director of Regulatory Affairs
Ms. Vitale has 13 years of experience in medical device regulation, including product approvals in the US and EU, and quality system compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU Medical Device Directive, and FDA Quality System Regulation. Ms. Vitale has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, with certification in US Regulatory Affairs.

Patrick Lin, Business Advisor
Patrick Lin has over 18 years of senior-level experience in US and China related investment management and equity capital markets, conducting over 1,500 public company management meetings and leading or co-managing over 250 equity capital offerings. Since 2002 he has been Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer of Primarius Capital, an investment firm with holdings in technology, healthcare, consumer, and China-related sectors. Primarius has been one of the earliest investors in SINA Corp (leading Internet and Weibo company in China) and Questcor (emerging pharmaceutical company). While at Primarius he has been responsible for all aspects of the company's growth and operations, and launched one of the earliest China-focused hedge funds in the US. Mr. Lin was a co-founding partner of E*Offering, the investment bank of E*Trade, serving as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets, and Executive Committee member. E*Offering was involved in over 100 public offerings in its first 15 months of operations (1 out of 2 internet IPOs) and was acquired by Wit Capital for $328M in 2000. Prior to E*Offering, Mr. Lin was a Principal in Institutional Research Sales at Robertson Stephens & Co., playing a significant role in many of the firm's successful IPOs of multi-billion dollar market cap companies, and developing the firm's MBA recruiting program during a period of rapid company growth. Mr. Lin holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Wayne Korteweg, Business Advisor
Mr. Korteweg has over thirty years of professional business experience in the medical field and possesses a depth of experience in design, manufacturing, sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Korteweg is the inventor of 5 patents for products in the areas of Neurology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, OTC and Cosmetic markets. He has extensive experience working with medical professionals in the concept and design stages of product development. Mr. Korteweg founded and served as President and CEO of Ultracell Medical Technologies Inc., which manufactured, marketed, and sold surgical disposables to the Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology markets with branded as well as OEM and private label products. He later sold the company and become a full-time partner with LifeScience PLUS.

Dr. Kenneth Robinson, DMD MS
Dr. Robinson taught oral and maxillofacial surgery at Tufts University before beginning his private practice. He has been in private practice for thirty three years. He has been honored as a Board Diplomat, American Board of Oral Surgery; Fellow, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology; Fellow, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomat of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Robinson has authored publications in scientific journals. He holds a DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a MS in pharmacology from the University of Rochester.

James Little has forty-five years of experience practicing corporate law during which time he has represented private business concerns throughout Silicon Valley. He has focused his firm’s practice on the formation and legal representation of growth companies. Mr. Little is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Law School.
