Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

Our customer service representative will be mainly responsible for participating in reception and phone coverage, support the sales team, handle purchase orders and shipping. Experience in basic accounting (Accounts payable/ receivable) is a plus. Candidates should have 1+ year in customer service, obtain strong detail orientation and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include supporting the company’s sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing accurate invoices for shipping department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service, includes: participation in reception and phone coverage
  • Support the sales team
  • Generate sales reports
  • Deal with orders and deliveries
  • Handle purchase orders and shipping
  • Basic accounting/ bookkeeping knowledge is a plus (Account payable/ receivable)

Minimum Requirements/Qualification:

  • 1+ year in customer service ideally in medical device industry. Degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience.
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Good Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) skills, bilingual (Mandarin/English) is a plus
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product features
  • Good customer service skills, basic telephone manners

Position Summary

The Inside Sales/Product and Marketing Representative is responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing communications projects related to the promotion of BloodSTOP and BloodSTOP iX product portfolio, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects within established schedules and budgets. The Inside Sales/Product and Marketing Representative is a highly organized, motivated problem-solver capable of working with minimal supervision. This individual should be detail-oriented, enjoy multi-tasking, and thrive in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. He/she will need to exercise mature judgment while interacting extensively with internal and external clients. The candidate will also participate with the Product Management and Product Marketing teams in the development of plans for product promotion in support of marketing objectives for multiple new and existing integrated campaigns.

Position Summary

This sales representative will be responsible for the promotion of, and achieving the sales goals associated with BloodSTOP and BloodSTOP iX Hemostatic Gauze and other LifeScience PLUS products and services within the designated territory. This role requires focus on the delivery of customer support and satisfaction, and managing the assigned territory/customers as a business with responsibility for profit and revenue growth. Significant overnight travel is required.  Candidate should possess accountability, a sense of urgency, and a strong desire to succeed.
